基于模糊集理论的国有煤炭企业核心竞争力评价

Assessments on core competitiveness of state-owned coal enterprises based on fuzzy sets theory

从研究企业核心竞争力的识别和体系入手,结合煤炭企业特点,制定了适合国有煤炭企业核心竞争力评价的指标体系,构建了模糊综合评价模型,并运用该模型对河南某煤炭企业核心竞争力进行了综合评价,结果表明该种评价方法为煤炭企业了解本企业的核心竞争力情况、找出不足并进行改善提供了科学依据。

This paper starts with research on the identification and system of enterprise core competitiveness,combines with coal enterprise characteristics to set up relative index system suitable for assessing core competitiveness of state-owned coal enterprises,establish fuzzy synthetic assessment model and utilize it to deliver synthetic assessments for core competitiveness of some coal enterprise locating in Henan.Final results conclude that this method does provide scientific evidence for coal enterprises to acknowledge its own situation concerning core competitiveness;deficiencies are found out and accordingly improved.
