To deal with the relations between the instructor and the students in the polytechnic college is very important,which is the basis of moral education and is the premise of the management work for the student and is the guarantee for the improvement of teaching quality.In order to deal with the relations between the instructor with the students correctly,the instructors should act as the students＇ thought teachers,psychological consultants,specialty leader,employment planner and as their strict teacher and indeed friend,only do that can they play the true role in the process of training the students to high quality and skilled talents.
