论述了武汉城市圈动漫行业发展特色,并从创新意识、运营资本、行业定位等方面分析了目前制约动漫行业进一步发展的关键因素,针对性地提出了规范管理、打造特色等几个方面的改进措施。

The article dictated the developing characters of the cartoon industry in Wuhan city circle,and analyzed the key factors to restrain the further development of the cartoon industry at present from the following aspects of the creative concept,the running capital and the industry location,put forwards some improving measures of regular management and building the characters correspondingly.
