摘要
在Ansys中建立了叶片模型,对裂纹叶片进行了动力学分析。结果表明,裂纹深度和位置对叶片固有频率影响很大。裂纹越深,固有频率越低;裂纹位置不变,叶片谐响应幅值随裂纹深度的增加而增加;裂纹深度一定时,叶片谐响应幅值随裂纹远离叶根而降低。这为叶片裂纹的监测与诊断提供了依据。
Blade models were built with ANSYS software,while dynamic analysis performed to blade cracks.Results show that the depth and location of a crack play an important role in influencing the natural frequency of the blade.The deeper the crack,the lower the natural frequency will be.For a crack at a fixed location,the amplitude of the blade's harmonic response grows with rising depth of the crack,while for a crack at a fixed depth,the amplitude drops with rising distance of the crack away from blade root.The results may serve as a reference for detection and diagnosis of blade cracks.
