摘要
高压加热器端差是加热器的重要指标。以热平衡为基础,通过迭代计算求出加热器凝结段给水进、出口温度,从而求解各种工况时的上、下端差。考虑到加热器出现堵管、管子结垢等情况,指出加热器运行工况对加热器端差有较大的影响。
The terminal deference of HP heater is an important target of heater.Based on the thermal equilibrium,the feed water inlet and outlet temperature of condensing section in heater is equated through the iterative calculation,and thus upper,lower terminal difference in various condition is solved.Considering the blockage pipe and pipe scaling happen in heater,it is indicated the operation condition of heater has larger influence to the terminal difference of heater.
