摘要
国华沧东发电有限责任公司660 MW超临界机组在调试过程中,由于机组冷态启动时锅炉参数不符合汽轮机的冲转要求,因而无法按时冲转。经过反复试验,调整了冷态启动冲转参数,满足了冲转的温度要求,较好地解决了锅炉与汽轮机冷态启动时冲转参数不匹配的问题,指出了保证安全启动的注意事项。
During commissioning of the 660 MW supercritical power unit in Guohua Cangdong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the turbine was not able to be run on schedule at cold start-up state due to mismatching of boiler parameters.After repeated tests,the mismatching problem of running parameters between the boiler and turbine was solved by adjusting cold start-up parameters and thus the temperature requirement by turbine running was satisfied.Moreover,matters needing attention during start-up period of power units are proposed.
