摘要
对华能瑞金电厂MPS200中速磨煤机存在的漏风、漏粉、漏油严重,基础振动偏大,出力不够等缺陷进行了分析研究,分别指出了各种故障的主要原因,并提出了缺陷处理措施,提高了磨煤机运行的可靠性和经济性。
Problems occurring in operation of the MPS200 medium speed mill in Huaneng Ruijin Power Plant were analyzed,such as severe leakage of the air,coal powder and oil,higher vibration of the foundation and insufficient output of the mill etc,after which corresponding causes were found and effective countermeasures proposed and taken,and subsequently the reliability and economical performance of the mill raised.
