摘要
目的分析2007—2009年我院118株铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药情况。方法通过收集用法国生物梅里埃公司的20E鉴定卡确诊的铜绿假单胞感染病例,采用K-B法对16种药物进行耐药性分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌对多种抗生素耐药严重,耐药率较高的有:呋喃妥因100%、氨苄西林94.8%、头孢唑林钠93.7%、复方磺胺甲噁唑90.7%、氨苄西林/舒巴坦82.3%、头孢呋辛钠82.2%,耐药率均>80%。结论铜绿假单胞菌对多种抗生素具有较高的耐药性,临床应重视药敏试验结果 ,严格控制抗菌药物的使用。
Objective To analyze the pattern of antibiotic in 118 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital during 2007-2009. Methods The samples of infected Pseudomonas Aeruginosa which were diagnosed and confirmed with the French Company BioMérieux 20 E identification card were collected,using K-B method on 16 types of drugs for the statistical analysis of drug resistance. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa single-cell bacteria had a high resistance rate,that was more than 80% against to Nitrofuranto(100%)、Ampicillin(94.8%)、Cefazolin(93.7%)、Cotrimoxazole(90.7%)、Sulbactam (82.3%)、Cefuroxime(82.2%)and so on. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa has a high multiple antibiotics resistance. The test result of sensitivity rate in clinical using should be thought highly of and antibiotic should be strictly controlled and used.
