乐山市2009年突发公共卫生事件报告信息质量分析

ANALYSIS ON INFORMATION QUALITY OF PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY REPORTED IN 2009 IN LESHAN

目的评价2009年乐山市突发公共卫生事件报告信息的质量,为进一步提高我市突发公共卫生事件的报告质量提供依据。方法通过《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中的子系统《突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统》获取我市2009年突发公共卫生事件报告信息的相关数据,采用描述性流行病学方法分析报告质量。结果我市2009年共报告突发公共卫生事件10起并已全部结案;事件从发生到报告的时间平均为0d,从接到报告到网络报告的时间平均为0.23d,从事件发生到网络报告的时间平均为1.31d,从网络报告到事件结案的时间平均为15.76d。结论加强对突发公共卫生事件信息报告的管理力度,有利于改善突发公共卫生事件信息报告质量。

Objective To analyze the information quality of public health emergency and provide any basis on improving the quality of public health emergency reporting. Methods The research data was acquired by management information system of public health emergency reporting. All the data were analyzed by the method of descriptive epidemiology. Results There were 10 public health emergencies in 2009 in Leshan city and all of them had been completed the management. It took 0.00 day to report the public health emergency after its occurrence and 0.23 day to further report via net-work after receiving the report from the site.The time spent from the onset of emergencies to the reporting via network was 1.31 days. It took 15.76 days from the reporting via network to the completion of the management of the emergencies. Conclusion The management of information reporting on the public health emergency should be strengthened,and it would improve the information quality of public health emergency.
