新型肿瘤在体模型——鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)是近年来兴起的一种新型的肿瘤模型,与传统的动物肿瘤模型相比具有更为简单、方便、价廉、快速、敏感等的优点。利用CAM肿瘤模型在肿瘤浸润以及肿瘤转移机制、肿瘤血管生成、抗肿瘤药物筛选等各方面研究均取得了一定的成果。然而,CAM肿瘤模型的应用尚存在一定的局限性以及有待解决的问题。充分并正确利用此模型可以为肿瘤生长侵袭的体外研究提供一种科学可行的方法及思路。 Chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)arouses great concerns in recent years,as a novel in vivo tumor model.By comparing with the traditional model,certain superiority has been identified.CAM is well established and widely used as the model to study tumor invasion and metastases,angiogenesis and therapy.However,some limitations and problems should be resolved in the future.It can provide a scientific and feasible method and idea for in vivo tumor growth and invasion by using this model fully and correctly.
