摘要
本文对高含盐量环氧丙烷皂化废水生化处理适用的流程及最佳运行条件进行了研究。回归出了生化反应数学模式。试验结果表明:在含盐量达2%,变化幅度小于25%时,采用A-B二段接触氧化法处理环氧丙烷皂化废水,不需要专门的耐盐菌种,COD总去除率可达80~86%。
Biological treatment process applicable to epoxy propane saponification wastewater with high salt content and optimum operation condition are studied in this paper.The mathematical model of biological reaction is constructed by regression.The result of the experiment shows that special salt_tolerant bacteria are not necessary in treating epoxy propane saponification wastewater with the salt content up to 2%(maximum 2.5%)by using A_B two stage biological contact oxidation process. Total COD removal efficiency can reach 8086%.The treated water meets Class I discharge standard in GB8978_1996.
