Correlation of Sleep Apnea Syndrome with Coronary Heart Disease

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是睡眠障碍性疾病中最常见的一种类型,主要表现为白天过度嗜睡、打鼾,严重影响到患者的生活质量及社会安全。临床研究证实它与心血管疾病之间关系密切,但由于二者之间存在较多共同危险因素,又直接影响到对二者的研究,正确、全面认识这些危险因素并了解睡眠呼吸暂停综合征在促进冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病发生、发展过程中的可能机制,以期提高对该病的诊治,将在心血管疾病的二级预防中发挥重要作用。

Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS）is the most common form of sleep-disordered breathing,which is typically associated with excessive daytime sleepiness,snoring,affecting patients quality of life and society safety.Clinical researches suggested that there might be a causal relationship between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and coronary heart disease（CHD）.Nevertheless,there were many common risk factors for them,directly influencing the studies.It is critical to identify these risk factors correctly and thoroughly and clarify the mechanism of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome accelerating the process of coronary heart disease,in aiming to improve the diagnose of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,which will play an important role in secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.
