摘要 神经外科术中诱发电位监测是减少神经损伤、维护神经功能完整性、提高手术质量的重要手段。麻醉药物直接影响术中神经监测的质量和成功率:吸入麻醉药对诱发电位的抑制作用较静脉麻醉药更为显著,并且均表现出剂量依赖性;持续输注阿片类镇痛药对诱发电位的影响较小;肌松药会导致运动诱发电位波幅大幅降低,在进行运动诱发电位监测时应尽量避免使用。 Somatosensory evoked potentials and motor evoked potentials have been valuable for intraoperative monitoring nervous functional integrity,decreasing nerve injury,and improving quality of operation.It has proved that anesthetics influence the quality and achievement ratio of intraoperative monitoring.Depressive effects of inhalational anesthetics on evoked potentials were more significant than those of intravenous anesthetics,and the dose-dependent manner was present.The interference of opioids was little on evoked potentials in the presence of continuous infusion.Muscle relaxants would induce serious loss of motor evoked potentials,which might be avoided when motor evoked potentials was monitored.This review intended to summarize the effects of anesthetics on intraoperative somatosensory and motor evoked potentials.
