摘要
本文为了提高泵站的装置效率,降低能源单耗,从提高管路效率入手,选用内壁粗糙度低、且又不锈蚀的钢筋混凝土压力管。依据泵流量求出管道的经济管径,并配以自行设计,监制的“偏心渐变弯头”,从而较好地解决了混凝土管和泵的进出水口平顺衔接问题;同时在进水口采用“肘式进水流道”,尽量减少管路中的水头损失,使管路效率比原来有大幅度的提高,使能源单耗大大降低。
