摘要
目的为有效减少抢救车内急救药品和器材的交接时间,提高护理工作效率,保证抢救药品和器材随时处于完好齐备状态。方法将笔者所在医院八个住院病区随机分成两个组,对两种不同抢救车管理方法的交接时间、完好率及护士的满意度进行对比分析。结果抢救车交接时间由流程重组前(180±15)8缩短至(30±6)s;抢救药品器材完好率由过去的98.4%提高到100%;护士对抢救车管理方法满意度由69.23%提高到96.15%。结论优化抢救车管理流程,可有效地提高抢救药品器材完好率和护理工作效率,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To reduce the delivery time of rescue medicines and equipments in the emergency vehicles ; To improve the efficiency in carring work;To guarantee the rescue medicines and equipments are in completely good condition at any time. Methods Eight wards in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Comparison and analysis on delivery time, condition and satisfaction to nurses with two different management methods of emergency vehicles. Results The delivery time of emergency vehicle was cut in ( 30 ±6 ) seconds versus ( 180 ± 15) seconds before restructuring;the condition of the rescue medicine equipment was kept 100% versus 98. 4% before restructuring;the satisfaction of nurses to emergency management it, creased to 96. 15% versus 69. 23% before restructuring. Conclusion Optimizing the procedure of emergency vehicles could effectively improve the condition of rescue medicine equipment as well as the caring efficiency, hence, the new procedure should be broadly promoted.
