升降散加减治疗成人斯蒂尔病的临床研究

Clinical study of adult onset StiH＇s disease treated with Modified Shengjiangsan Decoction.

目的观察升降散加减治疗成人斯蒂尔病的临床疗效。方法将58例患者随机分为两组，治疗组36例应用升降散加减（荆芥、连翘、黄芩、桅子、薄荷、蝉蜕、姜黄、大黄、黄连、黄柏、滑石、甘草）治疗。对照组22例，应用西医常用抗生素，糖皮质激素等治疗。结果总有效率治疗组为97．2％，对照组为63．6％，两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后主要症状均有所改善，但治疗组无不良反应，改善更明显。结论升降散加减治疗成人斯蒂尔病的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Objective Observed movements Decoction adult - onset Still＇s disease clinical efficacy. Methods The 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 36 cases apply the treatment of Modified Shengjiangsan Decoction （Nepeta, Forsythia, Huang Qin, gardenia, mint, oneself, turmeric, rhubarb, berberine, Treats, talcum, licorice）. Control group, 22 cases, application of western medicine commonly used antibiotics, treatment of glucocortieoid hormones. Results The total effective, treatment group is 97. 2%, control group is 63.6%, the difference was significant of the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The main symptoms of two groups after treatment were improved, but the treatment group no side effects and improve the more obvious. Conclusion The Modified Decoction adult - onset Still＇s disease clinical effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
