外来手术器械清洗包装质量控制

The control of quality about cleaning and packing for external surgical instruments.

目的探讨对外来手术器械的清洗包装质量控制，提高灭菌质量。方法抽取2008年1—12月由器械公司跟台人员处置的外来手术器械120批次，2009年1～12月由笔者所在医院手术室器械准备护士处置的外来手术器械120批，两组进行清洗、包装质量对比分析。结果外来手术器械从2009年1月起纳入手术室规范管理后，其清洗和包装质量明显优于2008年的质量，有效的质量控制，降低了医院感染率。结论加强外来手术器械清洗包装质量的全程控制管理，确保外来手术器械的使用安全。

Objective To discuss the control of quality about cleaning and packing for external surgical instruments and to improve sterilization quality. Methods We contrasted and analysed the two groups. One group ： 120 batch of external surgical instruments were treated by the staff of the instrument company from January to December in 2008. The other group ： 120 batch of external surgical instruments were treated by the instrument nurse of our hospital from January to December in 2009. Results Since the external surgical instruments were brought into standard management of operation room in January of 2009, the quality about cleaning and packing was much better than that in 2008. Conclusion We should strengthen the management of quality about cleaning and packing for external surgical instruments and ensure the safe use of them.
