鼻内镜鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤手术切除联合微波治疗探讨

Investigation of nasal endoscopic surgery combination with microwave heating-coagulation for nasal inverted papilloma

目的:探讨鼻内镜下内翻性乳头状瘤切除结合微波治疗的方法及疗效。方法:20例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤中,均为单侧发病。鼻内镜下均于手术切除肿瘤加微波热凝。术后定期鼻内镜下换药。结果:20例鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤患者均行鼻内镜下肿瘤切除术加微波热凝术,随访2年,复发2例。结论:鼻内镜手术加微波治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤要严格掌握手术适应证,术后定期随访,是提高手术治愈率的关键。

Objective To explore the method and effectiveness of nasal endoscopic surgery combination with microwave heating-coagulation therapy of nasal inverted papilloma.MethodThe nasal inverted papillomas of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus in 20 patients,all of was the one-sided morbidity,were removed through excision under nasal endoscopy and combined with microwave heating-coagulation therapy.These patients were regularly dressing change under nasal endoscopy after operation.ResultsAll these patients were followed up for 24 months after the operation,18 cases were cured and 2 relapsed.ConclusionNasal endoscopic surgery combination with microwave heating-coagulation therapy is effective in the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma.To master surgical indications and follow-up is the key to improve the surgical cure rate.
