创伤急救护理小组在重症创伤患者急救中的作用

Effect of trauma emergency care groups in severe trauma patients' first aid

目的:探讨重症创伤患者的急救护理措施。方法:通过回顾性分析,对106例重症创伤患者的急救护理进行总结。结果:重症创伤患者的抢救成功率(86%)与病情的初步评估、护理人员的合理分工、护理团队的配合等因素有关。结论:为了提高重症创伤患者的抢救成功率,通过建立创伤急救护理小组,将有限的人力合理分工,使之处于各自特定的位置上,最大限度地发挥功能。

Objective To study the emergency nursing in patients with severe trauma.MethodThrough the retrospective analysis of 106 cases of severe trauma,to summarize the emergency care.ResultsThe success rate of resuscitation in severe trauma patients（86%）was related withthe preliminary assessment of the condition,rational division of nursing staff,care team,etc.ConclusionIn order to improve the success rate of resuscitation in severe trauma patients,through the establishment of trauma emergency care unit,the limited human and reasonable division of labor,so that in their specific position to maximize the function.
