摘要
阐述了教师教学﹑科研与学科发展三者相辅相成、缺一不可的关系:教师教学与科研是源与流的关系,而教学与科研应与学科发展相结合。
In this paper,the author expounded complementary and integral relationship among teaching,scientific research and subject development.The relationship between teaching and scientific research like relationship between origin and development,and the development of teaching combining with scientific research and subject development.
