摘要
阐述了在建设工程中实行招投标制度的意义,结合当前招投标市场存在的不规范行为,提出了招投标市场规范化发展的几点建议。
In this paper,the author expounded significance of tendering and bidding system in construction projects.At the end of paper,combining irregular actions in tndering and bdding market,the author put forward some suggestions of standardized development of tndering and bdding market.
