摘要
重点介绍了自动控制系统在无料钟炉顶中的应用,通过优化控制程序、改善检测方法、提高检测精度等方式更好地控制无料钟炉顶设备。对降低工人的劳动强度、优化生产工艺、实现优质高产、降低能耗、环保达标等起了重要作用。
In this paper,the author focused on application of auto-control system in bell-less top.Through optimizing control procedures,improving detection methods and increasing accuracy of detection,the author got a better control of bell-less top equipment,which played an important role of reducing labor intensity,optimizing the production process and achieving good quality and high output,reducing the energy consumption and environmental target-hitting.
