维护石油安全是各国重要的石油外交目标。中国对石油需求的剧增深刻地改变着世界石油地缘政治格局,中美两大石油消费国之间不可避免地产生着竞争,但在维护石油安全方面,中美两国之间也存在着共同的石油安全利益。中美两国应当进行"非零和"博弈,建立基于共同石油利益基础上的新型石油竞争合作关系。

Maintaining the security of petroleum is the important goal of every country＇s Petroleum Diplomacy.The rapid growth of China＇s demands for petroleum in recent years has made a great change in the global petroleum geopolitics,so competitions unavoidably arise between China and the United States,the two big petroleum-consuming countries.China and the United States have common interests in maintaining the security of petroleum,so they should play non-zero-sum-game,and establish the new competitive and cooperative petroleum relationship based on the common interests in petroleum.
