The After-life of the Translated Literature——From the Prospective of the Translation and Introduction of Norwegian Wood in China

近年来,日本翻译小说《挪威的森林》在我国引起了广大读者的关注和热爱,通过对该小说进行案例分析可以看出原作的主题阐释、文学特征、译入国的接受环境和译者的主体性等因素在该小说的译介过程中发挥了非常重要的作用。因此,在文学翻译过程中,译者需要认真考虑上述因素,才能保证翻译文学在译入国获得持久而强盛不衰的二次生命。

In recent years,the novel Norwegian Wood by Japanese novelist Haruki Murakami has become more and more popular among Chinese readers.To analyze the reasons behind its popularity and vicissitudes,this paper probes into the novel＇s theme,its World Literature identity,the receptivity of the target culture as well as the translator＇s subjectivity in translation,in the hope of throwing some light on the understanding of factors influencing the after-life of translated literature in the target culture.
