利维爱、替硝唑片联合治疗老年女性尿道炎和阴道炎的临床治疗观察

目的:观察利维爱、替硝唑片联合治疗老年女性尿道炎和阴道炎的治疗效果。方法:73例尿道炎和阴道炎的老年女患者口服替硝唑片,1次/d,1g/次,连用5d,利维爱,1次/d,1.25mg/次,疗程2～3个月。用药前全部经过乳腺检查和B超检查,排除了雌激素使用时的禁忌证。结果:口服替硝唑片5d,利维爱1个月后复查,痊愈44例,有效19例,无效10例,治愈率达60%,有效率达26%。对有效的19例患者继续口服利维爱。2周后经过复查全部达到临床治愈。结论:口服利维爱、替硝唑片能有效治疗老年女性尿道炎和阴道炎,且不良反应低,易被患者接受。

Objective Observes Levie to like and Tinidazole tablets treating the old age feminine urethritis and the vaginitis clinical effect.Methods 73 example urethritises and the vaginitis old age feminine patient takes Tinidazole tablets,daily 1 time,each time 1g,treatment course 5 days,orally the Levie love,daily 1 time,each time 1.25mg,treatment course 2～3 month.Before the medication all passes through the mammary gland inspection and the B ultra inspection,removed time the estrogen use contraindication.Results Takes Tinidazole tablets 5 days and orally Levie to like for 1 month reexamining,convalesces 44 examples,the effective 19 examples,the invalid 10 examples,the cure rate reaches 60%,effectiveness reaches 26%.Continues to the effective 19 example patient to take orally the Levie love.After 2 weeks the process reexamines achieves the clinical cure completely.Conclusion Takes orally Levie to like and Tinidazole tablets being able to treat the old age feminine urethritis and the vaginitis effectively,the side reaction formation rate is low,is accepted easily by the patient.
