经阴道及腹部超声对盆腔肿块的诊断及分析

Diagnosis and analysis of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound in pelvic masses

目的:探讨经阴道及经腹部超声对盆腔肿块的诊断价值,提高妇产科疾病的超声诊断水平。方法:应用超声诊断仪,腹部探头频率3.5MHz,阴道探头频率5～9MHz,观察188例盆腔肿块患者的声像图特征,并进行总结及比较分析。结果:188例盆腔肿块患者,经腹部超声检查188例,与临床病理相符170例,检查出各类肿块202个;经阴道超声检查171例,与临床病理相符168例,检查出各类肿块199个。结论:经阴道超声检查在妇科盆腔包块的诊断准确性及定性、定位方面均有经腹部超声检查所不可比拟的优点。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of pelvic masses,to improve the ultrasonic diagnosis of gynecological and obstetrical diseases.Methods Application of Ultrasound,abdominal probe frequency of 3.5 MHz,the vaginal probe frequency of 5～9 MHz,observed 188 cases of pelvic masses with ultrasonographic characteristics and a summary and comparative analysis.Results 188 cases of patients with pelvic masses by abdominal ultrasound examination 188 cases,170 cases compatible with the clinical pathology,check out the various types of mass 202;171 cases of transvaginal ultrasonography,168 cases compatible with the clinical pathology,check out the various types of mass 199.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecologic pelvic mass accuracy and characterization of both the positioning of the trans-abdominal ultrasound incomparable advantages.
