彩色多普勒超声在肢体动脉瘤人工血管重建术前后的应用

The application of Color doppler ultrasound in the limbs aneurysms pre-and-post artificial vascular seconstructive surgery

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在肢体动脉瘤人工血管重建术前后的应用价值。方法:通过对我院25例肢体动脉瘤患者,以及其中5例进行人工血管重建术患者血管移植前后超声图像特征。结果:彩色多普勒超声准确反映肢体动脉瘤人工血管重建术前血管情况,术后移植血管通畅性及并发症。结论:彩色多普勒超声无创、准确、易重复,成为术后检测移植血管通畅性及并发症的主要手段。

Objective To investigate the practical value of Color doppler ultrasound＇s application in the limbs aneurysms pre-and-post artificial vascular Reconstructive surgery.Methods through ultrasound image feature analysis of the 25 limbs aneurysm cases;together with the ultrasound image feature analysis of the 5 out of the mentioned 25 case ot the pre-and-post artificial vascular reconstructive surgery.Results Color doppler ultrasound can accurately reflect the patcent’s vascular conditions before the limbs artificial operations,the transplant vascularity afteropertions and whether there’s any complications.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is non-invasive,accurate and easily repeatable.It thus has become the main means in teasting the fluency of postoperative transplant vascularity and in detecting the complications after operations.
