产后乳房按摩治疗乳汁分泌不足的效果观察

The effect observation on udder massage used in shortage of milk secretion patients at postpartum

目的:探讨乳房按摩应用于产后乳汁分泌不足的效果观察。方法:将193例产后乳汁分泌不足患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予乳房按摩。结果:试验组总有效率为96.9%,显效率为73.5%,对照组总有效率为85.3%,显效率为51.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳房按摩应用于产后乳汁分泌不足,能缩短泌乳时间,增加泌乳量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of udder massage used in postpartum patients with shortage of milk secretion.Methods 193 cases of postpartum patients with shortage of milk secretion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The routine care was used for control group,and udder massage was used for experimental group on base of control group.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.9%,the excellence rate was 73.5%,and The total effective rate of control group was 85.3%,the excellence rate was 51.6%,the clinical effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group（p〈 0.05）.Conclusion Udder massage used in postpartum patients with shortage of milk secretion can reduce the time of milk secretion,and increase the amount of milk,so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
