马来酸依那普利叶酸片在高血压患者中降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的疗效研究

目的:考察在当地的高血压患者中,马来酸依普那利叶酸片能否有效的降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平(HCY);对比两组方法的治疗效果有无差异。方法:分三组(依那普利组、依那普利叶酸复方片10.0mg/0.4mg组、依那普利叶酸复方片10.0mg/0.8mg组)治疗高血压患者,于入选时测定血压、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,治疗后4周、8周分别复测血压、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,进行统计学分析,分析3组治疗方法是否存在显著性差异。结果:两种配比马来酸依那普利叶酸片均能有效地降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,均显著优于依那普利组。依那普利叶酸片各种不良反应发生率与依那普利类似。结论:马来酸依那普利叶酸片用于轻、中度原发性高血压患者降压、降低同型半胱氨酸安全、有效。

Objective Study of local hypertensive that if enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets can reduce homocysteine,compared the two methods of treatment.Methods Dividing the hypertensive into three groups （ enalapril,enalapril maleate and folic acid tablet 10.0 mg/0.4 mg,enalapril maleate and folic acid tablet 10.0 mg/0.8 mg）,measured blood pressure and plasma homocysteine levels when selected,respectively retest blood pressure,plasma homocysteine levels after 4 weeks and 8 weeks,through statistical analysis if there was significant difference of three groups.Results The two enalapril maleate tablet of folic acid significantly decreased the plasma homocysteine level was significantly better than enalapril.All adverse events incidenced by Enalapril folic acid tablets were similar to enalapril.Conclusion Enalapril maleate folic acid tablet for mild to moderate essential hypertension,to reduce the blood pressure and homocysteine is safe and effective.
