高频彩色多普勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张的临床价值

Clinical value of diagnose varicocele by high- frequency color Doppler ultrasonic

目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张(VC)的临床价值。方法:选择我院经手术证实的48例VC患者,术前均经高频彩色多普勒超声检查,回顾性分析超声结果,并与30例正常健康人进行对比统计分析。结果:患者组中Valsalva试验时精索静脉的内径(DV)、返流信号持续时间(TR)、最大返流速度(Vmax)与正常对照组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声能清晰显示扩张的精索静脉,是诊断VC的首选检查方法,对临床诊断和VC具有重要的意义。

Objective To assess clinical value of diagnose varicocele by high- frequency color Doppler ultrasonic.Methods Retrospective analysis has made on the results of Ultrasonagraphy in 48 varicocele patients who had been indentified by operation,and then we compare the results with 30 normal subjects.Result There are significant differences in spermatic vein diameter at Valsalva maneuver,the peak velocity of refux,refux time between the clinical and the contrast.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The high- frequency color Doppler ultrasonic can display varicocele clearly,and may be adopted as the first choice in diagnosis of varicocele,it has an important value in clinical diagnosing and treating varicocele.
