Analysis of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy Prevention

目的:观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的并发症,分析导致并发症的原因并研究预防措施。方法:将600例LC腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者出现的并发症进行研究。结果:600例腹腔镜胆囊切除术出现各种并发症共16例,发生率为2.66%。结论:预防并发症的主要方法是,术前认真阅片,做到心中有数,术中操作要规范,一旦出现腹腔镜下不易处理的并发症马上中转开腹,以便减少并发症的发生率。

Objective To observe the laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） complications,analysis of the causes leading to complications and to study the preventive measures.Methods 600 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy LC complications of patients studied.Results 600 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy complications occurred in 16 cases,the rate was 2.66 percent.Conclusion The main way to prevent complications,preoperative carefully read the piece,be aware of intraoperative operate to specification,if there is not easy dealing with the complications of laparoscopic converted to open soon in order to reduce the incidence of complications.
