摘要
本文从金属切削加工的角度全面地研究分析了瓷质墙地砖磨边倒角机定位系统中的诸因素对加工精度的影响。并通过研究分析,建立了多个误差计算公式;指出在设计制造定位装置时应按六点定位原理定位工件,同时应提高各定位基准元件的几何精度;还研究分析了加工方法对加工精度带来的影响及设计时应注意的有关问题。
This paper,from the viewpoint of metal cutting and processing,all-sidedly analyses the impacts on processing precision,caused by various factors of the Orientation system of vitrified porcelain tile side-grinding & angle-cutting machine tool.Through study and analysis,the paper establishes some error-calculating formulas,and points out the use of six-point orientation principle in orientating workpieces,and the impacts caused by processing methods on processing precision,and the importance of improving the geometric precisions of various orientating criterion components,and furthermore some concerning problems deserving to be paid attention to when in design and manufacture.
