摘要
以拟南芥(生态型Col-0)的花粉为材料,主要研究外源ABA对花粉萌发和花粉顶端生长的作用.通过ABA浓度梯度(0,10,50,100μmol/L)处理,结果表明,ABA显著抑制了拟南芥花粉的萌发和花粉管的生长.利用激光共聚焦技术研究的结果表明,ABA通过改变活性氧的极性定位模式影响花粉的生长.
Founction of abscisic acid(ABA) on regulating germination and tip-growth was analyzed with Arabidopsis (Col-0). The pollen were treated with a series of concentration of ABA (0,10,50,100 μmol/L),and results showed that both of the pollen germination rate and the pollen tube growth were inhibited significantly by exogenous ABA. Tip-localized H2O2 in the pollen tube was altered by ABA,suggesting that ABA inhibits the Arabidopsis pollen growth by influencing the localization pattern of H2O2.
