摘要
利用AFLP技术对22份朝天椒材料进行遗传多样性分析.结果显示,9对AFLP引物共扩增出724条谱带,其中97条为多态性条带,占总条带数的13.40%.聚类分析表明,材料间遗传距离GD变幅为0.028~0.677,平均值为0.306;位点多态性信息含量PIC变幅为0.157~0.399,平均值为0.263;在遗传距离GD值0.360水平上,22份朝天椒材料可聚成三大类.AFLP标记揭示出这22份朝天椒材料遗传变异较小,遗传基础比较狭窄.
The genetic relationships among 22 Capsicum frutescens accessions from some provinces in China were investigated by AFLP.The results showed that 9 pair primers produced 724 distinctive bands in total and 97 of them were polymorphic,accounted for 13.40%. At the level of GD 0.360,cluster analysis showed that 22 Capsicum frutescens accessions could be classified into 3 groups. The GD varied from 0.028 to 0.677 with the average of 0.306. The value of allelic polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.157 to 0.399 on an average of 0.263 per primer. The results indicated that lower genetic diversity and narrow genetic basis were presented in the 22 Capsicum frutescens accessions.
