酿酒酵母rho1活性突变细胞株的构建

摘要 酿酒酵母CWI信号途径中,包含了一个与细胞表面感受器配对的小G蛋白家族,叫做RHO1.作者采用定点突变的方法,构建了rho1活性突变细胞株,为进一步研究Rho1功能奠定了基础. CWI signal pathway in Saccharomyces cerevisiae contains a cell-surface receptor family of small G protein called RHO1. By using the site-directed mutagenesis method,the author constructed rho1 active mutant cell lines for further research of the foundation of Rho1.
