A Study on the Competitive Advantage of Agricultural Leading Enterprises——Based on Perspective of Resource Management

农业龙头企业是农业产业化相关资源整合、管理,实行一体化经营的有效经济实体。文章在评述资源战略管理概念体系发展的基础上,探讨农业龙头企业通过资源战略管理实施过程增强竞争优势的具体途径。文章分析了龙头企业的高层管理者应如何根据企业自身资源、能力等实际情况,选取适当的资源管理方式,有针对性地组织整合资源、发挥能力来影响战略决策及其价值创造过程。对不确定环境情境下我国农业龙头企业的管理实践提供了理论指导。

The agricultural leading enterprise is the effective economic entity which allocates the resources within the organizations in the development of agricultural industrialization.Based on the literature review and concept explicating of resource management process,this article discusses the way to enhance the competitive advantage of agricultural leading enterprises.The article analyzes how to choose the appropriate measures to structure resource portfolio,bundle resources into capabilities,and leverage capabilities,which consequently affect the strategic decision-making and value creating process.This provides theoretical guidance for the management practice of Chinese agricultural leading enterprises.
