摘要
研究显示,"师徒模式"是组织内传播隐性知识最为直接与有效的途径。但在实践中,组织中"师徒"模式的运行并不一定顺畅,这是因为组织、师傅与徒弟三方主体存在着博弈。文章在问卷调查的基础上,通过模型分析了"师徒制"下个体技能型隐性知识三方参与主体的博弈均衡,并对组织实施个体技能型隐性知识的转移策略作以探究。
Study indicating that the most direct and effective way to transfer tactic knowledge of individual technical ability is mentor-apprentice.But the mentor-apprentice doesn't surely work smoothly because of the games among organization,mentor and apprentice.Based on questionnaire survey,the text analyzes game equilibrium among those three participators and explores the transferring mechanism of tactic knowledge of individual technical ability in organization.
