掺加粉煤灰与稻草的砂浆的配合比优化研究

Optimization of Mix Ratio of Mortar with Fly Ash and Rice Straw

研究粉煤灰和稻草两种废弃物对砂浆性能的影响,分析了两者之间的相互作用.结果表明,这两种废弃物对砂浆的强度和容重都有显著的影响,但两者之间没有明显的交互作用.以强度为条件,以容重为目标函数,对砂浆的配合比进行了优化.优化结果表明,若要在强度一定的情况下获得最低的容重,应减少粉煤灰掺量、增大稻草掺量.

In the paper,the influence of fly ash and rice straw on the properties of mortar is studied. The results show that there are the marked influence of fly ash and rice straw on both of the strength and bulk density,but there is not the interaction between fly ash and rice straw. The optimization of the mix ratio of mortar is made by strength as condition and bulk density as objective function. The result shows that the content of fly ash should be decreased and the content of rice straw should be increased if the lowest bulk density is obtained under the certain strength.
