摘要
利用超声波冲击方法控制金刚石的微破碎,实验中采用圆锥形和楔形两种不同刃口形状工具进行冲击破碎实验,观察不同参数下所获得的金刚石形貌,实验结果表明:利用楔形刃口形状工具冲击单颗金刚石,可以控制金刚石的破碎大小;并且在同一实验参数下,四边形顶面的金刚石破碎程度比六边形顶面的金刚石破碎程度大;通过调节合适的超声波冲击参数,利用楔形刃口工具可以使粗粒度金刚石按照不同形式刃口进行破碎。
In this paper,a method of using ultrasonic impact to control the crushing of diamond grains was introduced.Conical and wedge shaped dressing blades with ultrasonic system were applied to impact fixed diamond grits in the experiment.The dressed diamond topographies under different parameters were observed with digital microscope.The results showed that the crushing degree of the diamond can be controlled with wedge-shaped blade.And the crushing of diamond with quadrilateral top surface was more intense than that with hexagonal top surface under the same dressing parameters.By adjusting the impact parameters,the wedge-shaped blade could be used as a dressing tool to crush coarse-grained diamond to required micro-edges with the assistance of ultrasonic system.
