摘要
基于复合电镀的方法,通过电镀镍的实验,运用一元线性回归分析对cBN珩齿刀制备工艺中镀层厚度与电镀时间、电流密度的关系进行了研究。实验表明,镀层厚度与电镀时间的线性关系高度显著;由于电镀过程中试件存在尖端放电效应,镀层厚度与电流密度的线性关系受到一定的影响。此结果对cBN珩齿刀具的制备具有指导意义。
The relationship between coating thickness and electroplating parameters is studied in the manufacture of cBN gear-honing-tool by one-dimensional linear regression analysis,which is based on the process of composite electroplating.It is shown in the experimental results that the relationship between coating thickness and plating time is of highly linear significance.The linear relationship between coating thickness and current density is affected by point discharge existing on the test piece.This is beneficial to developing cBN gear-honing-tool.
