区域转型发展与人才支撑复合系统协调性的实证研究——以山西转型发展为例

The Empirical Research on Compound System's Coordination between Regional Industry Transition Development and Talent Sustentation

基于对区域产业转型发展和人才支撑方面的研究综述,从系统理论出发构建了区域转型发展与人才支撑复合系统,并对复合系统理论作出假设和理论分析,进一步研究了复合系统的协调性。在此基础上,对山西转型发展与人才支撑复合系统的协调性进行了实证研究,从人才支撑角度提出了实现山西转型发展的对策与措施。

On base of the research about regional industry transition development and talent sustentation, the article constructs compound system of regional industry transition development and talent sustentation by system theory. And this paper defines the hypothesis and gives the theory analyses, in deeply studies the compound system＇s coordination. According this theory, it does the empirical research on coordination about compound system of Shanxi transition development and talent sustentation, then gives some strategies and measures from talent sustentation, in order to achieve Shanxi transition development.
