Research on the Countermeasures of the Green Innovation of the Industrial Cluster in the New-type Industrialization

从绿色创新的视角考察,武汉城市圈产业集群发展中主要存在粗放增长模式引发资源高消耗、区域内环境污染严重、产业生态关联滞后等问题。基于新型工业化战略要求,武汉城市圈产业集群绿色创新应强化产业集群生态布局、加强产业集群绿色技术创新、促进产业集群绿色制度创新、构建绿色创新的虚拟集群模式等。

As a trend in the world, the green innovation of the industrial cluster reflects the essential requirement of the sustainable development, the energy-saving and the emission reduction, and the green economy is the key initiatives of the New-type Industrialization strategy to implement. From the perspective inspection of the green innovation, the develop- ment problems of industrial clusters in Wuhan City Circle mainly are the extensive pattern of growth triggered high consumption of resources, and the serious environmental pollution within the region, and industrial ecology associated with lag and other issues. Based on the requirements of the New-type Industrialization strategies, the industrial clusters in Wuban City Circle should strengthen the eco-industrial cluster layout, strengthen the green technology innovation of the industry eluster, promote green system innovation of the industrial clusters, and build a virtual green innovation cluster mode.
