小肠移植围手术期治疗的研究进展
摘要
随着环孢素和他克莫司等强免疫抑制剂的出现，小肠移植术在临床上取得了重大突破，小肠移植已成为治疗终末期小肠功能衰竭的理想方法。但由于小肠移植的自身特点，小肠移植的发展一直落后于其他器官移植，小肠移植的风险和困难也比其他器官移植术大，因此，小肠移植围手术期处理显得尤为重要。本文从移植肠获取和保存、排斥反应防治、营养支持和感染防治等方面入手，对小肠移植术围手术期处理进行探讨。
