摘要
液相色谱分析火炸药样品具有分析速度快、精度高、不需要破坏样品等优点,所以对火炸药的分析和监测是一种很好的方法。 双铅-2火药是以硝化棉(NC)、硝化甘油(NG)、二硝基甲苯为能量成分的制式发射药。
Nitroglycerine (NG), α-trinitrotoluene (α-TNT), 2,6-dinitrotoluene.(2,6-DNT), 2,4-dinitrO-toluene (2,4-DNT)and Centralite Ⅱ(C2) in the ether extract of tne double-lead propellant have been separated, and determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) under the following conditions:the column:φ4×150mm stainless steel column packed with stationary phase YQG-C18H37 (G. X., 5μ), mobile phase: methanol/water=70/30 (V/V), detector: UV220nm, flow rate 0.8ml/min and p-nitroluene as an internal standard. The coefficients of varia-tion(CV) were 0.52%(NG),4.50%(α-TNT), 1.53% (2,6-DNT), 0.55%(2,4-DNT) and 1.665%(C2) respectively.
