摘要我院2007年2月至8月应用经尿道前列腺电切汽化术（transurethral electmvaporization of the prostate，TUEVP）联合经尿道前列腺电切术（transurethral resection of the prostate，TURP）治疗大体积前列腺增生症16例，疗效满意，现报道如下。
