摘要
目的探讨胶原酶化学溶解术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月至2007年12月胶原酶化学溶解术治疗45例青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床资料，用改良Macnab标准评价临床疗效。结果经过术后3个月～3年的随访，本组优35例，良6例，可3例，差1例，优良率达91％。结论胶原酶化学溶解术具有简便安全、疗效确切、创伤小等优点，是治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症安全有效的方法。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the collagen enzyme chemical dissolution for treating the lumbar disc herniation in the adolescents. Methods A total of 45 consecutive patients treated by collagen enzyme chemical dissolution from January 2002 to December 2007 in this hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical results were assessed with the modified Maenab criterion. Results All the 45 cases were followed up for three months to three years. The curative effectiveness was excellent in 35 cases,good in 6,fair in 3 ,and poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was 91%. Conclusion Collagen enzyme chemical dissolution can be performed safely and effectively for lumbar disc herniation in adolescents.
