男性尿道断裂术后并发前尿道憩室的诊断及治疗体会

摘要尿道憩室是长形或圆形囊状扩张与尿道相通的病变，由William于1805年首先报道，男性尿道憩室是泌尿系统较少见的疾病，好发于阴茎阴囊交界处或尿道球部，手术切除是治疗尿道憩室的主要方法。我院2004年至2008年收治尿道断裂术后并发前尿道憩室患者6例，现报告如下。
