摘要
目的 通过大鼠慢性膀胱炎模型研究清醒和麻醉状态下膀胱测压的特点及差异.方法 30只成年雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组,环磷酰胺(CYP)组(n=10)通过腹腔内注射CYP建立慢性膀胱炎模型;鱼精蛋白(PS)组(n=10)采用膀胱内灌注PS和脂多糖建立慢性膀胱炎模型;正常对照组(n=10).各组均分别于建模后48 h在清醒和麻醉状态下行膀胱测压.结果 清醒状态下膀胱测压结果显示,两组慢性膀胱炎模型均可见非排尿相关收缩增加伴随排尿周期的缩短.麻醉状态下膀胱测压结果显示:PS组膀胱顺应性明显下降,而CYP组则表现为不稳定膀胱.结论 麻醉状态下的膀胱测压对于研究模型动物的尿流动力学仍有其特殊的意义.
Objectives To study the characteristics and difference of cystometry in anaes- thetized and awake rat models with chronic cystitis. Methods Thirty adult female SD rats were divided to there groups randomly, CRY group : intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide ; PS group : bladder perfusion with protamine and LPS ; normal control. The cystometry was performed in 48 h after models established. Results Cystometry in the awake status showed that phasic non - micturition contractions were both seen in two experimental models and the periods of micturition were significantly shorter than normal contral. In anaesthetized rat, cystometry showed low compliance in PS group and unstable bladder in CYP group. Conclusion Cystometry in anaesthetized stutus still has special meaning in the study of animal urodynamics.
