摘要
以云南弥渡县几个不同烤烟品种为材料,研究了初烤烟叶的农艺性状、外观质量、常规化学成分和感官评吸质量。结果表明,各品种初烤烟叶单叶偏重,以NC82为最大。初烤烟叶外观质量较好,品种间无明显差异。各品种初烤烟叶的总糖、还原糖含量偏高,总氮、烟碱含量较适宜,氯离子含量偏低。各品种均表现为典型清香型风格特征,香气质较好,劲头适中,余味舒适。
Several varieties of flue-cured tobacco in Midu were used as materials to analyze agronomic property,leaf appearance,chemical components and smoking characteristics of them.The results showed that the fresh weight of single leaf was higher than the standard value,and NC82 was found to be the heaviest one.Leaf appearance was also better than the standard value,but no big difference was found among varieties.The content of both total and reduced sugar in tobacco leaf was obviously higher than the standard values,and the content of total nitrogen and nicotine was moderate,but the content of chlorideion was lower.All the tobacco varieties in Midu were typical faint scent type and the smoking characteristics were good.Both the quality and quantity of flavor were also nice.
