基于LabVIEW风电监控系统的通信设计与实现 被引量:10

摘要 为了实现风电实验台监控系统的实时通信,提出了一种基于LabVIEW和OPC(OLE For Process Control)技术的通信方法。在分析了OPC原理和LabVIEW的DataSocket技术原理后,设计了基于风电监控的通信系统,由LabVIEW和Rockwell公司的AB-PLC、Rslinx组成。通过对AB-PLC的硬件配置、Rslinx OPC服务器的配置以及LabVIEW共享变量的应用和框图编程,实现了LabVIEW对风电机数据的实时监测。结果表明通过Rslinx OPC服务器,可以简便、有效地在LabVIEW与AB-PLC之间交换数据,并且共享变量的应用,增强了监控系统的可靠性。 In order to realize the real-time communication of monitoring system on wind turbine experimental table,the paper offers a communication method based on LabVIEW and OPC technology.After analyzing the principles of OPC technology and DataSocket technology of LabVIEW,the communication system based on wind turbine monitoring is designed,it consists of LabVIEW and AB-PLC and Rslinx from Rockwell Corp.Real-time monitoring of wind turbine data with LabVIEW is achieved by AB-PLC hardware configuration,Rslinx OPC server configuration and the application of shared variable and the block diagram programming in LabVIEW.The result indicates that the effectiveness and simplicity of communication exchange between LabVIEW and OPC is available with Rslinx OPC server.What's more,the reliability of the monitoring system is enhanced by applying the shared variable.
